Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nacmias Law Firm Employee Dashboard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permitted Use

  • Access and use the dashboard for legitimate business purposes
  • Track work hours and manage case-related activities
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues through authorized channels
  • Generate reports and documentation as required for legal practice

Prohibited Use

  • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Using the system for illegal or unethical activities
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Introducing malicious software or harmful code

User Accounts and Security

Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • Notify administrators immediately of any security breaches
  • Log out of the system when not in use
  • Keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Upon termination, access to the system will be immediately revoked.

  • User-generated content remains the property of the user
  • Case files and legal documents are subject to attorney-client privilege

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Technical difficulties or system failures
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nacmias Law Firm, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
